I called Larry today, and we are so sorry to hear that he is in hospital after having had heart surgery. I did demand that I call someone else as I was unaware he was sick but he insisted. We wanted to write to you to let you know how amazed we are that he not only answered my call but was happy to help me with my queries while hooked up to his monitors!

I hope you agree that this is an example of Larry’s dedication to customer service as well as to you, his employer. I feel it is also a great reflection on your company in that he is happy to work for you no matter what his situation.
