The Machine

The Hendrick HC4 is a high-speed computerized panel saw which can be configured with a solid back table, solid pusher plate & gripper combination or variation thereof (see back table combinations above). The machine is equipped with a 20HP main blade motor, material indexing speeds up to of 3200 inches per minute, 4” depth of cut, spray mist blade coolant system and hydraulic quick blade change. The HC4 is available with a Windows based PC or HMI touchscreen controller; including on-board optimization and diagnostics that point to problems and provide “how-to” solutions.
